Job Description

The L’OR brand is the fastest-growing JDE brand present across all coffee categories, representing close to €500 Million retail sales value in 25 countries. Key L’OR geographies would currently include Western / Central Europe, Russia, Brazil, Australia as well as presence and sales via global DTC online platform. Launched in 2016 across geographies and categories, L’OR has been JDE key growth contributor and will be one of JDE’s strongest global brands and priorities moving forward.

 

In your role as the Global Digital Content Manager L’OR you will lead the development & execution of the digital content strategy that will be aligned with marketing and business goals . You will develop and execute global digital campaigns/content to drive the growth of L’OR across geographies and the entire portfolio. 

 

You will play a fundamental role in driving the digital transformation within JDE.

 

In addition you will develop the global digital content strategy for a brand that is part of the vision and strategy as defined by the Global Brands Director You will lead the development and delivery of the brands digital content strategy and digital campaigns concept across the entire portfolio of L’OR worldwide.

 

This position is based within the Global JDE Marketing Team based in Amsterdam and will report to the Global Marketing Manager L’OR.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital content strategy & content ideas development for a Tier 1 brand across the globe to drive brand awareness, consideration, engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with category, marketing managers,  local teams,  central buying and data team to create digital content strategies that are aligned to marketing and business goals, and to evolve the content effectiveness.
  • Manage & Co-manage the agency partners (offline/digital/freelance) to ensure integrated campaign success
  • Lead the content development & planning of digital campaigns and social media content on a global basis to drive the growth of L’OR and content effectiveness.
  • Leverage data to improve performance and fill customer gaps across the digital journey.
  • Lead the global cross-functional efforts to expand our digital content library and increase the customer engagement across global communication channels. 
  • Reduce complexity and seek synergies to avoid duplication and fragmentation of work.
  • Set budgets with regard to the brands digital content creation and providing input to the Brands Leader in regards the AOP.
  • Proactively develop best practices for the brand, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and regions.
  • Work with the Global Digital Team and Procurement to challenge existing development models and test new models of production and content development within the organization to drive scale and efficiency.
  • Lead the digital transformation agenda within JDE at the brand level.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master’s degree combined with 5 to 10 years campaign and project management experience within a (global) digital marketing organization.

  • Experience with developing campaign goals to drive business growth, brand awareness, consideration, user engagement & conversion.

  • Strategic mindset, attention to detail, analytical mindset to set up objectives, and master of handling dates/deliverables

  • Great storyteller and a real passion for delivering the right message, to the right user, at the right time

  • High energy and strong collaboration skills to educate teams on how to create compelling digital marketing communications and campaigns at scale

  • Experience in working with international markets and the ability to collaborate with international marketing colleagues to craft optimal marketing programs that reflect regional market opportunities and customer differences

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
