This position Treasury specialist, Ukraine&EECA was created to perform Treasury functions as cash management, purchase foreign currency, making payments in local and foreign currencies, providing credit resources, placement of free funds on deposit under general supervision of Financial Control Manager, UA.

LOCATION:

Kyiv, Ukraine

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administration, optimization and control of company's cash flow and liquidity position with aiming of timely and full execution of company's financial liabilities;
• Payment schedule maintaining and daily update;
• Bank operations management in foreign and local currencies (payments entering and sending via different e-banking systems, control of payments execution);
• Deposit and loan operations, preparing the documents, registration of loans granted by non-residents at National Bank Ukraine  and following changes under loan agreements, control of loan & deposits obligations;
• Communication with currency control department of banks on timely providing of supporting relevant documents for incoming and outgoing payments in foreign currencies;
• Timely providing banks with updated documentation on Group company changes;
• Finance analysis of suppliers and customers;
• Secure company’s assets by appropriate insurance coverage;
• Ongoing monitoring the changes of banking and cash regulation and legislation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Enthusiastic about coffee;
• University degree in Finance/Economics;
• 1+ year experience of Treasury/Finance or Assistant Treasury/Finance (preferably corporate or banks);
• Accuracy to details, good analytical skills, problem solving and decision making abilities, ability to work with large scope of information;
• Well-organized, goal oriented, able to multitask and work within tight deadlines;
• Experienced in MS Office and different business applications, SAP user;
• English - written and spoken (intermediate as minimum);
• Leadership attitudes and essential behaviors in terms of: Enterpreneurship, Discipline, Simplicity, Accountability, Solidarity
