Job Description

Based in Melbourne you will work with our existing customers to ensure continued growth in the indirect channel (Office, Healthcare & Catering Segments) and at the same time continually seek out additional customer opportunities. Your local knowledge and networks will assist you in seeking these opportunities and we anticipate that you would be “on the road” 80% of your time covering Melbourne. 

Reporting to our Sales Manager, your focus will be to develop and execute joint business plans with existing customers and drive growth through new business opportunities with our business partners. 
 

Qualifications

It will be your attitude, resilience, tenacity and ambition that ensures your success. In addition to that you 
you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • A proven track record in Business Development and Account Management with a passion to secure new business and identify opportunities within existing accounts 
  • Business to business sales experience, working within FMCG or Food Services sector (highly desirable)
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate internally and externally as needed Outstanding ability to build relationships coupled with exemplary influencing and negotiation skills
  • Great presentation skills, professional manner and a willingness to train and share knowledge on both coffee intricacies and sales techniques 
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills with an understanding of how to interpret data and use market intelligence to drive opportunities
