Job Description

Our vision in digital marketing is to reach coffee consumers with effective digital content, driving sales both instore and online, and ultimately a greater return from our global digital investments. To do this we are transforming our approach to digital media buying, production and optimizations with a stronger centralized team based in Amsterdam. Integral to this transformation is having the best digital minds, steering Jacobs Douwe Egberts into the digital future. 

The Global Digital programmatic manager will lead the digital media investment strategy for JDE.  This role will own digital media investment. Managing the digital investments across +30 markets globally. Spanning all digital media, social, programmatic an performance marketing activity.  As the lead contact for all countries digital media investment they will be responsible to work with our agency partner on the tracking and performance of our digital spends

This role sits within our Global Digital team and will work the entire JDE digital media spend to activate benchmarks an global best practices. 

Key Responsibilities

  • own key relationships with digital partners such as Google and Facebook and work in collaboration with the procurement team to deliver a quality investment efficiently.
  • works with the central digital agency to setup and optimize programmatic media performance across 40+ markets globally.
  • uses campaign data to challenge our partners and platforms to look for new solutions within our media plans.
  • ensure our campaigns are fully tracked, optimized per the guidelines and policies in place.
  • Put in place optimization strategies with local markets and agency partner
  • Works in an agile manner to adjust plans as needed

Qualifications

7-10 Years of experience in a client or agency role.  This role requires an individual who is strong will stakeholder management, autonomous and able to interpret data well.  Having worked in a global role, managing optimizations and planning across markets. Strong communications skills required. DCM/DBM/GA360/ IAS experience would be preferred. Analytical mindset to setup objective, KPIs, optimisations, commercially driven, Handled digital agency relationships, Process & budget management
