Job Description

The Global Information Services (GIS) Department is based in Utrecht and responsible for IT within JDE globally. In your role as Global IT Portfolio Analyst you will support the Global IT Portfolio Manager in successfully managing the overall IT project portfolio. Your key responsibilities will be efficiently capturing the project demand following the established process, keeping the portfolio list data up-to-date and pro-actively monitoring and analyzing the demand (considering constraints and limitations).

 

In terms of communication & support you will be responsible for notifying different groups of IT and business stakeholders on the various portfolio related topics, supporting preparation of the decision boards and facilitating meetings and forums with the right participants, agenda and minutes.

 

In terms of reporting, you will be reporting on the project portfolio pipeline and procedure adherence, which can be regular and ad-hoc. You will need to understand the nature of the initiatives and advise on dependencies or synergies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelors or Master’s degree, with 1+ years of work experience in an analyst or PMO role. Should your experience include financial analysis, this will be considered advantageous. Ideally you’ve gained this experience in a large, multinational, dynamic organization where you’ve been involved in complex programs. You are an excellent communicator, you possess strong analytical and conceptual skills and you’re able to influence without hierarchical power. You have experience with planning methods and familiarity with financial reporting. Furthermore you can easily navigate through excel and you have a strong affinity to deal with data.
