We are seeking an individual to translate complex ideas and concepts, into compelling stories that will inspire, engage and motivate our clients. Working alongside our strategy team, you will be responsible for creating polished and creative presentations and prototypes that span multiple formats and media types including print, video and digital. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborating with a team of strategists and business designers to turn data and insights into concepts, customer journeys, personas and digital prototypes;
• Design elements to support client workshops (presentation, printed pieces, video, digital, environmental, etc)
• Promote our brand by constantly updating, analyzing, promoting and developing our website and other marketing related materials;
• Develop good working relationships with others contributing to the positive relationships with our clients, and the wellbeing of yourself and other employees;

• Artistic background with drawing and illustration skills; 
• Above-average experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) are all required;
• Understanding and experience with Content Management Systems such as Squarespace or Wordpress, as well as HTML/CSS;
• High level emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills: the ability to truly engage, connect and create trust with colleagues and clients;
• Learns quickly when facing new problems; enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and working without a brief;
