RESPONSIBILITIES

• Connect to prospective students and parents and provide them with information about our educational courses and programs.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling our courses and programs.
•  
• Handle callbacks from the students and provide them with the necessary consultation.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Follow up on leads generated through online inquiries, marketing campaigns, and other sources.

- Must have prior experience as academic consultant.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Fair understanding of acquisition, expansion & retention metrics and how to impact them.

- Self motivated & confident approach.

- Five Days Working in a week

- Saturday & Sunday fixed off

- Ample scope for growth opportunities
