IronCore is a small and growing venture-backed startup fixing the world’s data privacy problems. Our company is based in Boulder, CO and Bozeman, MT, but this position is in Boulder.

Job Description

As a Demand Generation Manager at IronCore, you will work on the revenue team alongside a group of co-workers who are customer-centric, collaborative, and innovative. You will drive new customer acquisition and awareness through paid digital media, email, social media, content marketing, earned placements, conferences, and creative campaigns. You will use a lean startup mindset to run quantifiable experiments and A/B tests so we can make spending decisions based on solid data.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and nurture leads for the team.

  • Manage online marketing campaigns including Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and placements in other digital media such as newsletters.

  • Write and develop marketing materials, including presentations, website content, and social media.

  • Optimize SEO by monitoring rankings, researching keywords, developing strategies, and working with content creators to plug gaps.

  • Run, track, analyze, and report on campaign experiments, A/B tests, and campaign KPIs.

  • Manage and direct external agency and contractor partners such as for PR.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Must be hard working, creative, self starting and thirsty to learn.

  • Must have strong writing and communications skills with the ability to simplify complex information.

  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and various tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Hubspot.

  • Demonstrated success with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Well organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.

  • Comfortable with autonomy, driving initiatives, and a startup environment.

Bonus

  • Experience marketing a technical or developer-focused product

  • Passionate about digital privacy and security

  • Interest in coding and technical campaign setup

  • Experience with B2B SaaS and Enterprise-focused campaign management

  • Experience with account based marketing
