Job Description

Role summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the promotion of Iqarus’ services and brand, by developing marketing strategies to generate new business leads, increase brand awareness and market share.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Research and analyse market trends, demographics, competitor services, and other relevant information and in conjunction with the Head of Government Services create marketing strategies.
  • Develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams.
  • Coordinate the creative development of promotional materials, website content, social media content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects; including the drafting of content for publication.
  • Management and administration of social media such as Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram,
  • Management and administration of Iqarus’ website
  • Management and administration of content on Iqarus’ intranet (The Hub)
  • Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, operations, training and recruitment departments.
  • In conjunction with the Head of Government Services, develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
  • Promote Iqarus’ brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
  • Keep informed of marketing strategies and trends.
  • Any other duties as required by management and within the competency of the post holder

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Department within a large multi-national corporate
