Job Description
Iqarus training and development offer a range of bespoke, endorsed and accredited courses to a diverse range of clients.
Role summary:
The Training Coordinator would be responsible for the initial interaction between potential students and the Iqarus instructor team. Members of the public or organisations who wish to attend courses of learning at Iqarus will be initially directed towards the training coordinator who will provide a focal point for all coordination of training activities. The role would also take on the responsibility of website course booking updates, taking payments for courses, managing social media feeds of training being delivered and also up and coming new courses.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage all IQTD enquires
- IQTD POC for course enquires, bookings and payments
- Source training aids such as manuals and handbooks
- Administer pre- and post-course administration
- Provide social media and website updates
- Coordinate social media feeds
- Coordinate and log student testimonials
- Coordinate database of previous students to provide mail shots and updates of training courses
- Support logistics for training activities including venues and instructors
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing learners/clients
- Support management team with audits and accreditations procedures
- Processing, preparation and expediting of individual student invoices
- Arrangement of travel and accommodation for IQTD members
- Liaise with awarding bodies where required

Qualifications
- Administrative experience within an instructional or training environment
- Experience or use of social media platforms, updating blogs, feeds, marketing campaigns
- Desirable experience of product sales and marketing
- Experience of customer care and focus
- Excellent computer and I.T skills with the ability to operate MS Office with Outlook, Word, and Excel and a good working knowledge of MS 365 teams and also One Drive and Share Point.

To be based at our Training Centre in Hereford therefore eligibility to live and work in the UK is a requirement for this position.
