Job Description
Role Summary:
The purpose of the role is to manage and deploy consulting resource within the Onshore business. The post-holder will support the end-to-end delivery of consulting services including Mental Health, Resilience and Wellbeing, Industrial Hygiene, Offshore Audits and Medical Advisory, while ensuring operational and contractual compliance to both company and client requirements. In addition, the role will provide logistic support the Resource and Offsite Operations team in the deployment of COVID-support services.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Onshore Operations Manager in the day-to-day coordination of consulting projects including, but not limited to:
Basic coordination of consulting opportunities; maintaining register of projects, turnaround management and approval management
End-to-end tracking of projects from proposal to delivery and billing
Maintenance of management tools and project registers
Calendar management for project delivery
Ensuring travel and accommodation is booked efficiently and in a cost-effective manner
Liaising with clients to ensure logistical requirements in place prior to project delivery
Working with the Operations and Logistics team to ensure coordination of coordination of COVID-support and consulting opportunities
First point of contact for consultant queries
Rota management for consultants and relevant personnel, covid-support teams
Liaising with support functions across the business including procurement, training and resourcing to assist with project delivery
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to consulting SME’s as necessary – this may include diary management or collating meeting actions

Qualifications
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Experience of working in a team environment and within a similar role
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent telephone manner
Strong attention to detail
IT literate – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

professional qualification/accreditation(s)?
Excellent computing, communication and presentation skills. Able to motivate, inspire and persuade others to cooperate and to create the right working climate.
Additional Information
- Previous experience within an administrative and / or client facing function
- Proven customer service experience
- Background in a medical / occupational health environment would be advantageous
