Job Description

  • Provides 24/7 operational oversight of facilities providing incident management, and timely decisions that directly impact facility operations.
  • May have to manage work authorization for ongoing, active maintenance and construction work by maintaining accurate records of work and regularly updating status.
  • conduct and document regular facilities inspections
  • supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
  • ensure delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met
  • check completed work by contractors and vendors
  • Reporting
  • Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager
  • Ensures timely reporting in line with the QMS
  • Provide concise and accurate Clinical reporting
  • Provide concise and accurate Operational reporting
  • Works closely with the Senior Nursing manager to ensure all clinical operations and reporting are conducted in a timely manner
  • Responsible for client interactions on site

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 5 years of professional history demonstrating direct responsibility for management of medical, planning and supply chain services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training and experience.
  • Strong planning and liaison skills required.
  • Demonstrable Facilities Management experience.
  • Military service preferred.
  • Fluency in English 

Additional Information

6 weeks on 6 weeks off rotation.
