Job Description

The purpose of this role is to prepare Management Information packs for client and internal management; providing business and performance updates using data from business systems.  

Responsible for data transformation, validation and conversion into reports in various formats including MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint and being able to participate in discussions with clients about the content and findings in reports.

Oversee the collation of data from various business systems, including salesforce and eCW to allow accurate reporting, including but not limited to:

  • Service Levels
  • Financial Data
  • Anonymised Medical Consultation and Appointment Data
  • Health diagnostics
  • Health Surveillance Data
  • Site Work, onshore and offshore
  • HSE Data

Support with the auditing, maintenance and management of system information used to generate MI.  Work to ensure robust procedures are in place to allow provision of accurate MI to clients and management, working to identify and develop areas of improvement within data collection and MI generation.

 

Support in the monitoring and adherence of business KPI's, measuring and reporting progress against KPI's and supporting in addressing of any deviation from KPI's.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Excellent  IT skills including MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
  • Experience with process automation
  • Experience with data transformation and validation
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with writing macros 
  • Auditor qualification (preferred but not essential)
