Job Description

The Clinic Services Manager is the operational management lead for Nurses, Health Screening Technicians and other clinical staff  within Iqarus OH clinics, focussed on the Aberdeen Clinic, ensuring the highest quality of effective, professional service delivery is provided at all times. The post holder maintains excellent levels of customer care, within the Iqarus model of clinic management and aligned to our SEQOHS, ISO standards and UK clinical OH standards.  The post holder is the line manager and lead person for embedding nurse-led services within the Clinic. This includes driving forward with recruitment, staff development, staff appraisals and when necessary, performance management.  In addition, training and mentoring team members as well as being involved in the development of Company services and processes, is essential. The post holder has significant influence in developing and delivering occupational health nursing and clinical strategy and any service improvements throughout the Clinics. The post holder is also responsible for effective human resource management, along with managing stock and associated resources.  Whilst clinical expertise may be required, it is not a significant part of the role.  The individual will be supported by a team of medical and Nurse subject matter experts.

Qualifications

·         Experience in delivering occupational health services beneficial.

·         Previous exposure to the offshore industry would be beneficial.

·         Must be an experienced Nurse.

·         Experience in managing an occupational health service clinic is necessary.
