Job Description

  • Manage day to day procurement activity
  • Coordinate with requestors, suppliers, freight forwarders and receivers
  • Issue RFQs and analyse proposals
  • Place Purchase Orders
  • Monitor order & delivery status
  • Manage data recording, documentation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years procurement experience
  • Experience in medical supplies / pharmaceuticals sourcing is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally working knowledge of Coupa
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong data organisation & management skills
  • Good understanding of procurement best practices
  • Ability to follow SOPs, recommend changes to processes as needed
