Job Description

The Bid Support Coordinator reports to the Head of Sales in Dubai and is required to provide support and assistance to the Bid and Business Development teams with all tenders, request for proposal and request for quotation received.

Coordination of technical and commercial inputs from a variety of internal stakeholders, typically involving contributions from the business development lead and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) including Medical, Operations, Legal, Marketing, HSE, QA, HR etc. 

Ensuring compliance with the internal bid proces

Editing, and proof-reading of the proposal and bid support documents.

Reviewing bids to ensure sections comply with request for proposalrequirements, and comply with corporate branding and style criteria.

Updating Salesforce.

Timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.

Support with the pre and post bid clarification phase.

Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company processes, supporting tools, templates, and knowledge management platform

Assisting with capture management of new opportunities.

Support with maintaining the tender and proposals library.

Ensuring that all customer/potential customer-specified milestones are met and all deliverables of the bid are produced as specified.

Arrange internal distribution of all associated information and material relevant to bids.

Support with coordinating the delivery of documents related to the bid.

Any other duties as required by the bid team and within the competency of the role

Qualifications

Educated to Degree level is preferable.

Preferably prior Bid Management experience.

Self-motivation and ‘highly’ proactive with a "get it done" mentality.

Prior experience of scheduling, planning, facilitating and reporting.

Project management skill.

Business and commercially-minded.

Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Professional manner and attitude.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Excellent Microsoft Word skills.

Role specific research skills and abilities.
