•        Elicit product business requirements and articulates as epics and features by working with our Client, Alliance business partners and internal teams.

•        Facilitate meetings with stakeholders for front end requirements for content-rich web applications. Help refine the requirements by bringing in storyboarding and design methods

•        Translate business requirements to functional and technical specifications 

•        Actively refine and prioritize the backlog items with Product Owners

•        Drive requirements analysis and prioritization of requests across stake holder groups

•        Direct and manage development activities in a cross functional environment

•        Coordinate dependencies across FCEs and tracks / reports progress.

•        Project plans, User Stories for User Acceptance Testing, and scope documents.

•        Research, interviews and data analysis in order to create business cases for projects.

•        Preliminary investigations for project requests, review of requirements, specifications, testing, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with project needs.

•        Work with system developers, test teams, process managers, and end users to ensure proposed solution is delivered according to schedule and with the required functionality.

Required:

•        Senior Front-End Analyst - Demonstrated experience in working with browser-based online web applications with user-centered design for content-rich consumer sites supporting cross browsers and platforms.

•        Experience in using JIRA / Confluence or similar Agile project management & Collaboration tools is required.

•        Good understanding of front-end technologies, XML, JSON and how browsers work.

•        Strong planning, organizational and prioritizing in a cross functional environment.

•        Problem solving and analytical skills.

•        Translate business requirements to functional and technical specifications.

•        Excellent written, verbal and communication skills

•        Ability to multi-task and implicitly understand prioritization of tasks at hand

•        Strong interpersonal skills to function in a team environment, with the ability to run independent work streams

•        Prior experience in building applications to comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and Section 508 is a big plus.

•        SCRUM Master certification is a plus, but not required.

•        Experience in drawing diagrams using draw.io or Gliffy, any other story boarding tool is a plus.
