They also work with designers and architects who want to create beautiful interiors and look to them for ideas.  It’s a perfect partnership that has been going strong since 1964, and their designs have graced the walls of thousands of hotels, offices and commercial spaces since that time.

Their R & D team are continuously exploring new ideas and design trends to bring highly usable, innovative product to market.

WHO YOU’LL BE JOINING

They encourage design students and newcomers to their industry to learn about their product, and they offer support and training to clients – both specifiers and decorating contractors.

They enjoy what they do.  They’ve all worked their way up through the industry; they’re all hands-on and know their stuff.

Their 3 directors rack up 75 years in the business.  Most of their sales consultants have at least 12 years under their respective belts.

There’s about 50 of them in total, and every single person counts – from their sales and technical teams through to product sourcing and development, customer services, purchasing, accounts, sample production and of course our warehouse.

Job Description

THE ROLE

As a Customer Services Coordinator you will be expected to provide first class customer service to clients by processing orders, sample requests, ensuring delivery schedules are met, responding to queries and quotation requests, via telephone and email.  You will be supporting the sales team and providing an excellent aftercare service.

You will be dealing with a client base that includes interior designers, architects and this lends the role to an individual with an interest in design, although this is not essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

  • Sales Support.
  • Order Processing.
  • Handle Incoming Enquiries (via telephone, social media and email).
  • Investigation work.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent Telephone manner, giving a high standard of verbal communication.
  • Able to communicate well across all levels.
  • An ability to work on your own initiative, multi task under-pressure and have a good knowledge of Customer base and Products and Services supplied.
  • Team player.
  • Drive and decision making skills.
  • Maintain an interest in the product through research and social media.
  • Educated to at least A-Level
  • Fantastic organisational skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service

Additional Information

Basic Salary - £20,000 - £25,000
