To provide manufacturing expertise in the assembly of flow batteries. 

Responsibilities

• Perform Incoming Inspection of subcomponents to set criteria
• Perform pre-assembly and segregation of subcomponents
• Assembly of multi layer complex sub assemblies
• Use of 50 tonne press to compress subassemblies
• Use of hand tools in the completion of subassemblies
• Completion of QA test report
• Rework activities associated with the teardown of subassemblies

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient with IT eg, Microsoft Word, Excel etc. 
• Willingness to be flexible, learn new ways of working and help out where required
• Ability to follow complex work instructions
• Good understanding of safe work practices
• Ability to use hand and machine tools
• High degree of accuracy in work
• Not essential but having a forklift and electric pallet truck license would be an advantage
