Job Description
Primary Function of Position
We are looking for a highly effective customer service-oriented Program Manager who will own the success of managing the Cost Savings portfolio. This Program Manager will work across multiple business units and product lines to manage both the yearly portfolio goals, and concurrently build out long range roadmaps. The Program Manager should have a unique set of talents ranging from standard PM skills, data analysis & visualization, and the ability to design and influence adoption of new business processes. This individual is expected to deliver business results through effective project planning, data analytics, risk management and communications with all our stakeholder ranging from the working teams to the executive management. The Program Manager must have a wide breadth of understanding from engineering product lifecycle, material change management, supply continuity, and the ability to both interpret and communicate project risks impact to the business.
Essential Job Duties
- Manage the Cost Reduction portfolios to ensure data integrity with the stakeholders to accurately estimate the projected cost savings
- Synthesize large amounts of portfolio data, distill to business impacts/risks and escalate when decisions need to be made.
- Regularly present project/portfolio updates both informally and formally, including executive-level reviews.
- Lead teams to develop strategy, scope, schedule, and resource requirements to meet project & portfolio objectives.
- Develop automated dashboards to reflect portfolio key metrics.
- Maintain the organization’s vision and values at the forefront of decision making and action.
- Perform other duties as required to support the company's overall strategy and goals.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication (written, verbal & visual), presentation and documentation skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong project management, planning, decision making, negotiating and change management skills through effective working relationships
- Ability to cut to the heart of a problem, create a solution, and build consensus around that solution
- High attention to detail and proven ability to lead teams through multiple, competing priorities simultaneously; must work well under pressure, be flexible, and meet deadlines
- Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful with the ability to deal with conflict and drive to solution

Required Education and Training
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management in product development and/or operations management.
- MS or equivalent work experience in a scientific field preferred; operations, business or related field will be considered in conjunction with experience

- Exceptional Excel skills, Tableau, SQL, Python, database, JIRA, Confluence experience a plus.
- Certification in project management (PMP) desired
- Confluence, SAP, and AI creativity experience a plus

It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
