Job Description
Primary Function of Position
- Working closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business to include the sales process
- Support of a specific region by maximizing the utilization of installed DaVinci Surgical Systems
- Support sales activities within a local geographic area to include case coverage, customer support, product demonstrations and other clinical selling activities
Essential Job Duties
- Work with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a strategy to drive utilization of the DaVinci Surgical System.
- Become a DaVinci Surgery expert across all primary surgical specialties to support the development of surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory.
- Support field works to achieve quarterly sales goals.
- Support regional sales and marketing development events that create system awareness and procedure adoption.
- Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, etc.
- Be a resource to the surgical team, providing guidance and insight on the use of the DaVinci Surgical System.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Sales experience (Recommended)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both the Korean and English command
Required Education and Training
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree and equivalent
Working Conditions
- Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution.
- No disqualification for overseas business trip
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bio science background, operating room knowledge or have a clinical foundation to grow from is preferred.
