Job Description

Primary Function of Position

As the Senior Financial Analyst for Future Forward FP&A, you will advance novel innovations in ISI product development. You will drive financial planning, reporting, and support several Future Forward product managers. Additionally, you will evaluate the long-term financial valuation of Future Forward products. This high-impact role positions you to influence decision-making.

In this role, own key tasks like driving long-range product valuation models. Create structures to report prototype costs accurately. Perform P&L and B/S accounting. Deliver cyclical FPA forecasts and budgets. Your work will influence executive decision-making, guiding the company's next generation of products.

Essential Job Duties

  • Coordinate financial planning, reporting, and examination for multiple Future Forward groups. This includes month-end close, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range models.
  • Responsible for financial management of fixed cost, headcount, and capital expenditures for several groups within Future Forward. Includes reviewing and approving capital requests and purchase requisitions. Ensures accurate P&L and B/S accounting.
  • Routinely work with Corporate Accounting on early stage NPI accounting to establish capitalization and expense treatment.
  • Create the initial infrastructure for Future Forward to accurately report on the cost of various prototype build activities.
  • Be a strategic partner collaborating closely with Engineering leadership to enable their understanding of budgets, forecasts, and business models.
  • Prepare executive-ready business models and be able to present examination.
  • Ad hoc decision support, financial modelling, reporting and examination.

Qualifications

Required Education and Training

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred 4+ years of relevant experience in technology / health care sector focused on FP&A, sales operations, consulting, corporate strategy.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional Excel & PPT skills.
  • External valuation and market sizing.

Working Conditions

  • This role requires working onsite in our Sunnyvale office Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday every week.
