Job Description
Primary Function of the Position
- Develop, lead, and implement marketing programs to drive technology adoption for prioritized customers.
- Program Marketing Specialist will have a critical role within the organization driving marketing programs and enabling commercial teams to drive executive awareness, conversion, and advocacy for Intuitive.
- The individual will develop and scale best-in-class marketing assets and programs to promote the value of Intuitive to executives and care teams across focus geographies. The role requires close collaboration with internal Intuitive stakeholders including other marketing departments, capital and clinical sales, training, clinical affairs, legal, regulatory, and compliance to execute key initiatives such as:
- Engage in market research activities for lead generation.
- Programmatic approach to developing deeper executive partnerships.
- Market development to accelerate technology adoption in focus markets.
The individual is expected to operate in a fast-paced environment as a marketing expert leading program, tool creation and programmatic market development.
Essential Job Duties
- Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) Value Proposition to C-Suites and Care Teams
- Support Technology Expansion: Develop and execute a strong awareness and activation plan for enabling key executive champions in target accounts in focus geographies to advance dV surgery adoption.
- Support Programmatic Excellence in RAS through best-in-class practices observation, amplification and implementation across different accounts.
- Peer-to-Peer Programs: Scale assets and programs established for executive value discussions such as peer to peer advocacy channels, webinars, and reference site visits.
- Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with the capital sales to ensure sales teams to drive Intuitive brand and technology experience.
- Understand the promotion and messaging asset needs of sales teams and build these high impact sales enablement assets such as Reference selling toolkits, Executive profiles, success case studies, data driven dashboards, presentations, brochures, videos, and handouts.
- Enable and develop Robotic Health Care Ecosystem
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with the goal of making ISI the preferred industry partner for intelligent surgical care delivery.
- Support the development of data-based tools to visualize and enable da Vinci value validation discussions.
- Marketing Capabilities:
- Co-create the content and amplify the best-in-class practices for successfully running a robotic program.
- Account level Data-dashboards for Executive level decision making.
- Support advocacy events with Executives and care team members
- Cross functional collaboration and alignment
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Education - MBA from a premier/tier 1 institute in India or abroad.
- Experience - 4 - 5 years of total experience with minimum 3 years of marketing experience in a medical device, surgical or Pharma Company. Surgical and/or OR experience desired.
- Proven ability to effectively position and message products/procedures and implement marketing programs to drive product/procedure adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively amidst competing priorities to deliver high-impact marketing programs on-time and within budget to support overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Results-driven attitude & a resolve to win.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and plan.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on leadership, relationship development and influence management.
- Proven ability to solve open-ended problems and work cross-functionally to implement initiatives.
- Superior verbal/written communication and presentation skills, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills to work across multiple constituents.
- Ability to travel - Up to 60%. Some international travel may be required.
