Job Description
Primary Function of Position:
This role provides financial and analytical support to the Indirect Procurement and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) organizations as well as other Global Business Services on an ad-hoc basis. Your responsibilities will include developing relationships with functional leaders and providing them with data-driven recommendations. You will also perform core FP&A tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
This is an analytical role that will manage budget and headcount forecasts. It interacts with multiple director-level business partners and with exposure to Executive Leadership.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute budget, forecast, and month end close activities for fixed cost expenses
- Design insightful vendor reporting dashboards
- Support internal goal setting and tracking
- Own the annual Long-Range Model with guidance from the Senior Manager/Manager
- Calculate ROI/NPV for project requests that require significant internal or external resources
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and execute with guidance from the Senior Analyst
Qualifications
Skill/Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in in finance, accounting, data analytics or related field (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant finance experience involving analysis, budgeting, modeling, and reporting (Required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
- High level of intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, and accountability
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly organized with ability to support and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Excel including advanced formulas functions (VLOOKUP’S, Pivot tables, IF statements)
- Some exposure to dashboard creation and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Some exposure to SQL or Python preferred
- Must be willing/able to work onsite at least 3 days/week at our Sunnyvale (preferred) or Peachtree Corners office
