HR Business Systems Analyst:

You’ll play a key role in HR Operations working and collaborating with key stakeholders in support of system maintenance, production support, project/process improvement, training and managing additional functionality in our Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system as well as other HR systems. Working with smart, innovative people you’ll be recognized and rewarded for delivering first class services, all while ensuring an exceptional HR systems experience for our employees and managers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide Oracle HCM functional subject matter expertise to assist the current functional team in supporting Intuitive Surgical’s HCM suite (Core, Comp, Performance, Development, etc.) Possess the functional, technical, and analytical abilities sufficient for the support and configuration of Oracle applications, including experience with Oracle workflows, personalization’s, fast formulas, and extensions is a plus.
- Oracle HCM experience – must be advanced level and have expertise
- Extensive BI Reporting Experience
- Experience with writing SQL Queries and HCM Table Structure
- Technical HRIS/HRIT configurations, reporting, and enhancements
- Resolve high level, very complex, or previously unknown issues requiring technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Develop test cases to support testing of solution ownership
- Improves systems performance by investigating problems and recommending solutions
- Provides technical guidance and training
- Create optimization, automation, efficiencies through scripts or other tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT and the greater HRIS Analyst team to ensure enhancements are optimally designed, configured, and work well within Intuitive’s systems infrastructure
- May lead release cycles and oversee implementation and adoption of the releases
- Support the implementation or optimization of other modules in the future
- Maintain awareness of current trends in HR management systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies; examine trends in information systems training materials and techniques.
- This position can be based out of the US, with flexible work from home arrangements.
Qualifications
Skill/Job Requirements:
- Understanding of business process management, project management, and technical change management
- Business acumen, including critical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to look behind what is being communicated to understand the fuller meaning.
- Proven ability to partner and translate business requirements into system solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and process mapping applications
- Minimum 2+ Years Related Experience
- Minimum College Degree or equivalent
- Oracle HCM Cloud experience – BI Reporting, workflows, personalization’s, fast formulas, and extensions is a plus.
