Job Description

Intrigma is seeking detail-oriented and analytical individuals, preferably undergrad or master’s students, to join our team as Automated Scheduling Specialists. This role is vital for the efficient onboarding of our products by setting up and configuring automated scheduling systems tailored to the needs of our diverse clientele. This position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to play a key role in optimizing healthcare staffing and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze client scheduling requirements to configure Intrigma's automated scheduling system effectively.

  • Set up and manage shift types, rules, quotas, and scheduling blocks to meet client-specific needs.

  • Utilize Intrigma’s tools, such as the Calendar View, Assignments Grid, and Shift Grid, to create and organize shifts.

  • Apply scheduling rules and patterns to automate the scheduling process, ensuring compliance with staffing needs and constraints.

  • Collaborate with clients to refine scheduling parameters and troubleshoot any scheduling conflicts or issues.

  • Stay updated with the latest Intrigma system features and updates to optimize scheduling configurations.

  • Assist in managing and responding to user requests, ensuring all scheduling preferences and constraints are appropriately addressed.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the Intrigma scheduling system and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or holding an undergraduate or master’s degree, preferably in a field that demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle complex, time-sensitive tasks.

  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.

  • Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Experience or interest in healthcare scheduling or operations is a plus.
