Intrigma is in search of an experienced and skilled Scrum Master and OKR Coordinator, proficient in both English and Russian. The Scrum Master and OKR Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing and overseeing the effective implementation and execution of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align with the company’s strategy and objectives.
  • Facilitating Scrum events and other ad-hoc meetings for our front end, backend, and mobile teams.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring cohesive communication of product vision and goals to the teams.
  • Implementing and sustaining agile methodologies within the teams to optimize performance and deliverables.
  • Identifying and eliminating impediments to ensure uninterrupted productivity of the teams.
  • Cultivating an environment of accountability, transparency, and strict adherence to Agile/Scrum principles within the teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within a software development environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, and comprehensive understanding of OKR management.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to evolving priorities and requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Mandatory fluency in both English and Russian.
