Job Description

As Sales Representative at Intrigma, you will be directly involved in the company’s exciting rapid growth and evolution. You will be responsible for using your knowledge of our product and services to connect with hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare facilities to generate sales. Your duties will be to generate new leads, make cold calls, and send out email & Linkedin campaigns in order to set up meetings for our Sr. Sales Representatives.
 

Responsibilities

  • Active outreach to set up meetings with prospective clients via email, phone, and Linkedin.
  • Generate creative templates for email and Linkedin campaigns
  • Produce innovative phone call scripts for cold calling
  • Work alongside dedicated Sr. Sales Representatives to schedule and prepare for new business meetings.
  • Maintain data in your sales pipeline, inluding data for leads, contacts, and deals in our CRM (Pipedrive).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

  • Lead generation: Number of leads generated per week
  • Cold calling prospective customers to set up a meeting: Number of cold calls made per day
  • Setting up email & Linkedin campaigns: Open and response rate to email campaigns
  • Number of meetings booked per quarter

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent professional work experience.

  • Comfortable talking with new people on the phone and by email

  • MUST have access to a connection fast enough for video and Aircall calls – anything less than 25mb can be challenging

  • Access to a workspace free of distractions during prospect calls and demos

  • Excellent listening skills

  • Experience with automated outbound sales tools (Aircall and Pipedrive, a plus)

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Team player, coachable, willingness to learn

  • Organized with strong time management skills

  • Legally allowed to work in the US
