Job Description

Base Location Manchester M1(candidate must be able to travel throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland)

Becoming a Senior Business Analyst on the Project Resource Solutions team:

A Unique opportunity to expand your skills and develop a wide-ranging understanding of the company. You will get to work in different locations across the UK.

What you will do:

  • Engage with business experts to understand current business processes and/or transitional and future requirements
  • Produce detailed requirements and business solution design documentation to ensure completeness and coherence
  • Analyse business issues and needs
  • Shape, prioritise and define business requirements
  • Active involvement in work order estimating, resource planning and allocation
  • Development and presentation of Business Cases

Your experience will include:

  • You must have a background in financial services or Insurance
  • Ability and willingness to operate across any type of project on a site/account (covering all systems/ products) and potentially across different sites/accounts
  • Capable of effectively leading a team of Analysts to a successful conclusion with proven ability to coach and /or manage staff at various levels of experience
  • Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment with an ability to demonstrate a robust analytical approach to complex requirements. With the ability to pragmatically adapt working approaches and deliverables to meet requirements
  • Good understanding of current and emerging technologies and their potential to deliver business benefits and knowledge of different project lifecycles and software development approaches
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills; proven ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Able to translate business strategy into business and/or technical design
  • Commercial focus to support the identification of new revenue opportunities
  • Ability to understand and execute strategic and business planning initiatives

To be successful within this role:

  • You must have the ability to travel to any office within the UK and Republic of Ireland to work on projects
  • Have the ability to hit the ground running
  • You must have a full British driving licence
