Job Description

 

• Designs solutions based on customer needs and technical considerations.
• Define and document the change management process, responsibilities and c expectations for deliverables; Create change management plans, resource allocation plans and schedules
• Analyzes job tasks, organizational structure and user requirements to provide system-wide solutions.
• Applies change management analytical expertise to assist in defining, analyzing, validating and documenting complex operating environments, states of technology and current processes
• Experience in cloud-based procurement solutions and data storage
• Experience in SQL analytics and data extraction.
• Lead internal and external consultative change management planning sessions for projects, including highly complex, large, multi-module and multi-track projects with stakeholders
• Develop documentation, plans, training material, presentations etc.
• Assist with project management activities to ensure all deliverables are met on time and meet business requirements.
• Plan Change management for Existing Information Systems, Datasets and system users to determine steps for integration, and adoption of new technology solutions.

Enforcing the client engagement team's protocol and developing scripts for the client engagement team
• Developing learning curriculum and materials to promote understanding across all DCAS-OCP stakeholder groups
• Prepare and deliver trainings and presentations for all initiatives
• Managing Change Management and Communication staff
• Document functional business changes to account for expected organization and role impacts, translating findings into content for communication, training and change activities which results in behavioral change
• Holistically analyze partners' operating, regulatory and policy environments to inform implementation plans and mitigate risks;
• Structure on-going stakeholder engagement, collaborating to generate new requirements for systems/process design;
• Develop and measure the effectiveness of change management plans; and Produce documentation to enable efficient decision-making at all organizational levels

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience providing specialized knowledge in change management and new systems implementation.

• Experience in cloud-based procurement solutions and data storage

• Experience in SQL analytics and data extraction.
