Job Description

Regional Head is responsible for P&L of his/her region. Base location will be Mumbai.

  1. Should be willing to work in a start-up organization with an entrepreneurial mind-set
  2. Maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
  3. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  4. Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  5. Will be required to work along with the support team to ensure seamless customer account management

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years in Direct Sales of technology products or HR services.
