We are seeking a versatile and experienced UX Designer to join our team, working on innovative projects that focus on enhancing user experience and optimizing functionality. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, clients, and developers to take ownership of the design process from concept to execution within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories, analyze concepts, and refine requirements.
• Participate in product refinement sessions, sprints, and sprint planning meetings.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of user interfaces and design systems.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes using Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Regularly update and refine user documentation to reflect system changes.
• Participate in UX/UI working sessions, providing insights and recommendations for design enhancements.
• Contribute to A/B testing efforts, analyzing test results, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Improve and optimize key features to enhance the overall user experience.
• Interpretation of the market needs to inform design decisions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in sprint cycles.
• Experience in A/B testing and user feedback analysis.
• Ability to balance creativity with technical constraints to deliver optimal solutions.
