This job is for you! We are looking for a new German Speaking Sales Development Representative!

Job Description

The German Speaking Sales Development Representative is focused on general support of the sales process and sales team members. The German Speaking Sales Development Representative is integral to the Sales and Business Development team while supporting all current go-to-market strategies. You will be responsible for starting from first contact, preparation for the meeting, collecting information and working on the proposal up to negotiations of the contract under the supervision of the Head of Sales.  

Qualifications

  • Outgoing calls to leads: verification and clarifying the information (communication in German language)
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
  • End-to-end responsibility for acquiring new business
  • “Farming” customer relationships, specifically with key decision makers
  • Supporting the company to meet its commercial objectives
  • Analyzing and reporting your business activities

Profile:

  • BA/BS degree or similar college/university level education in Business and Linguistics 
  • Excellent verbal and robust written communication in German 
  • An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates
  • Written and oral communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
  • You are a good listener, proactive, persuasive, and communicative, and you have a "hands-on" mentality.
  • You are autonomous, and you can manage your priorities, but also you are a team player, keeping the focus on the company’s interests.
  • Excellent desktop research skills, data analysis and data entry skills
  • Тenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
