This job is for you! We are looking for a new Business Development Manager.


The Business Development Managers position is open in the following countries:

  • Germany;  Nederlands;  Sweden;  Denmark;  Norway.  

The Business Development Manager is focused on general support of the sales process and sales team members. The Business Development Manager is integral to the Sales and Business Development team while supporting all current go-to-market strategies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process, starting from first contact, preparation for the meeting, collecting information, and working on the proposal up to contract negotiations under the supervision of the Chief Customer Officer. 

Business Development:

  • Creating new business opportunities by prospecting for new customers and thinking out of the box
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
  • End-to-end responsibility for acquiring new business
  • Help define, execute, and own an engagement plan for new prospects
  • “Farming” customer relationships, specifically with key decision makers
  • Supporting the company to meet its commercial objectives
  • Analyzing and reporting your business activities
  • Outgoing calls to leads: verification and clarifying the information 


  • Acting as a leader to build, structure, and execute commercial objectives 
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
  • Supervising the financial status of your business activity (P&L)
  • Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partners


BA/BS degree or similar college/university level education in Business, Computer Science and/or Linguistics (in lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).

  • You are a good listener, proactive, persuasive, and communicative and have a "hands-on" mentality
