Experience in GreenPlum Database 4.2 or higher

GreenPlum database administration including installation of GreenPlum database software, configuration, troubleshooting , database object creation, routine maintenance tasks

GreenPlum performance monitoring and troubleshooting

Familiarity with Postgres database

GreenPlum Database Design

GreenPlum Command Center

GreenPlum Workload Management

GreenPlum Query Tuning

Experience with GreenPlum Data Loading using gpload/external tables

Experience in working with EMC/Pivotal Support

Experience with Production Support and working on shifts/on-call rotation.

Proficiency in Unix OS and shell/perl/python scripting
