What we are looking for:

• Over 15 years of experience in operations management, with significant experience in multi-site environments and team engagement  
• Recognized for inspiring leadership that rallies, influences, and drives multidisciplinary teams forward 
• Ability to develop talent, nurture leaders, and foster a culture of accountability and performance  
• Excellent ability to navigate complexity, resolve issues with sound judgment, and make strategic decisions that drive results  
• Agility and a hands-on approach, with a willingness to travel between sites as needed by the plants and customers  
• Proficiency in quality, health, and safety environments, with a constant focus on rigor, compliance, and operational excellence  
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, to effectively support our operations outside of Quebec
