JRM/CRM Application, Salesforce Developer with DBA Mssql/MySQL.

The JRM/CRM Applications Salesforce Developer will be part of our IT team responsible for building and maintaining multiple enterprise custom applications. The role will support the development of features and enhancements for Salesforce and other CRM applications

The ideal candidate will work closely as part of a team with our internal customers;

Responsibilities:

•Develop application code using Visual Force pages and Apex to ensure that the design specifications are met.

•Collaborate to identify solutions for business requirements and lead technical requirement gathering sessions.

•Assist in ongoing maintenance and production support of existing applications.

•Assist with CRM and Sales force Administrator tasks as needed.

•Maintain currency with Sales force development best practices and knowledge by researching and completing training courses.

•Train other team members on Sales force development practices as needed.

•3-5 years CRM applications development experience.

•1 or more years of Salesforce.com developing experience required.

•1 or more years’ experience with Salesforce.com administration.

•Experience handling complex Apex/Visual force development with high level of quality.

•Must be able to demonstrate a track record with Agile or Waterfall implementation techniques.

•Hands on experience with web application development utilizing C# or VB.Net, ASP.Net, JavaScript, AngularJS, NodeJS, etc.

•Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and/or other databases.

•Knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce record indexing.

•Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•Project management experience/skills.

•Strong orientation to detail, process, and prioritization

•Proven experience performing independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

•Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

•Creativity, resourcefulness, and ability to think outside of the box.
