Job Description
Contingent upon Contract Award.
Assesses complex data systems and programs in support of ad-hoc and standing management or customer requests. To advise leadership on courses of action that can improve healthcare delivery as well as provide data and information that will allow decision making by management. This position is based in Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examines data quality, applications, and functions.
- Produces output and sustains operation.
- Research new data sources and analytical tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly activity reports and respond to ad-hoc data calls.
- Support MSR and other deliverables.
- Contributes to new product development and improvement in product delivery and presentation.
- Develops awareness of and familiarity with issues and events affecting organization, department, and/or customer.
- Uses and supports database applications and analytical tools.
- Uses timely and appropriate participation of users/customers in data collection and query systems.
- Demonstrates cultural sensitivity by actively promoting inclusivity, respecting diverse perspectives, and fostering an environment where all individuals feel valued and understood.
- Participate in mass-casualty drills twice a year and remain available for on-call coverage.
- Complete required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a data analysis role preferably in a medical setting.
- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks).
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysis datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analysis, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Education Required:
Bachelor's of Mathematics, Business, Statistics or Computer Science, or 5 years’ experience in data analysis.
Physical Requirements:
- Must meet pre-deployment physical requirements.
- Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
- May require bending, stooping and lifting to 25 lbs.
Other Special Qualifications:
- Valid Passport from country of record with at least 18 months before expiration date. Must maintain a current passport during your stay in Israel.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a required security clearance. Applicants with current clearances are preferred.
- Must be able to relocate to Israel for the duration of the project.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English to effectively communicate.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
