Responsibilities
- Develop and create design concepts for various projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business objectives
- Utilize performance management tools to track project progress
- Implement organization design strategies to enhance efficiency
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Oracle, ADP, and iCIMS for design projects
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives through innovative design solutions
- Assist in administrative tasks related to design projects
- Support change management efforts within the organization
- Conduct employee evaluations to assess design impact

Experience Requirements

-Experience developing workforce prediction and analytics tools across a health system setting; expertise in healthcare role and workforce dynamics design experience across a variety of analytics and program software and tools in private and public sector

- Proven experience in design-related roles
- Proficiency in utilizing HRIS systems like Oracle, ADP, and iCIMS
- Strong understanding of strategic planning concepts
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with performance management and employee evaluation processes

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
