Job Description

The primary goal of the Northern Europe Marketing team is to generate leads and engagements for the Northern Europe (NESR) sales teams, for them to create new business opportunities. The key pillars of the marketing approach are Content, Channels (digital, events), Account Based Marketing and TeleNurturing. The Digital Marketing Executive supports the digital execution of the NESR marketing plans and business initiatives and implements relevant digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display, PPC), as part of the overall NESR marketing plan

DIGITAL MARKETING AND AUTOMATION

  • Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display, PPC)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, LinkedIn Ads etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms (Eloqua landing pages, .com)
  • Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns together with content strategist to nurture, score and qualify sales-ready leads
  • Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Acquire insight in digital marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

ANALYTICS

  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
  • Continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Develop tools and reports to track progress on marketing activities as per marketing strategic plans
  • Perform A/B tests to improve success and ROI on digital campaigns

SOCIAL SELLING / SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Manage International SOS Northern Europe social media strategy, ensuring consistency with overall marketing objectives/messaging. This includes content development (with content marketeer) and developing/maintaining relationships with key online influencers for the region (with partnership marketeer).
  • Provide training and support the Sales Team in their social selling effort (using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and an employee advocacy platform)
  • Co-own and manage the Employee Advocacy program

DATABASE HEALTH

  • Perform regular database health analyses and maintain high database hygiene in Eloqua and Salesforce.com
  • Troubleshoot platforms sync issues when required

Qualifications

  • Strong marketing experience, combining strategic marketing vision, technical expertise and design skills
  • Experience working with Eloqua or similar marketing automation system and Salesforce.com or similar
  • CRM to capture, track and report on leads and sales opportunities
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel).
  • Team player with a strong customer focus orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • High level of organizational skills, ability to prioritize and demonstrate flexibility in responding to a range of demand
  • Analytical, with the ability to approach problems from a business perspective
  • Ability to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations on maximising campaign ROI
  • Capacity to exercise initiative
  • Process oriented and results driven
