Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Healthcare Programme Manager to join our growing team based in Chiswick, West London. As part of the Health Consulting division, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of key Health Programmes encompassing multiple countries and supporting large group of companies and their respective global workforce. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Medical team in the implementation and the delivery of International SOS Global and Integrated Health Programme.
  • Lead on all customers interface, Contract Project Management, liaise and coordinate with our clients’ key stakeholders and internally, ensuring all standards and metrics of our delivery are upheld and in compliance to our contracts.  
  • Coordinates regular performance and business review meetings with Clients and participate in weekly and monthly internal or external meetings, conference calls and webinars.
  • Coordinates and communicates operational requirements, propose modifications and ensure the implementation of the services committed by the Medical team to drive efficiencies and success in the delivery of International SOS services.
  • Drive strong relationship with third party providers who would be supporting the delivery of some aspects related to the health programme contracts
  • Manage and administer reporting including the coordination of the setup with our preferred technology platforms, and according to client requirements.
  • Lead the project coordination and review of all operational delivery in an effort to ensure meeting contract obligation, consistency in the delivery of services, accuracy of our data analytics and in compliance to International SOS Health Standards.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Project management experience is essential.
  • Healthcare / medical or assistance services experience an advantage but not essential.
  • Proven experience and credibility to manage project teams on their performance in relation to the programme.
  • Strong client facing experience with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
  • Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
  • Ability to lead and influence the programme strategy to gain 'buy-in' and build confidence with the internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment where collaboration is the norm.
  • An excellent standard of written and spoken English. Competency in another language is preferred.
