Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Sales & Product Analyst to join our team in Barking, East London. Working closely with internal stakeholders you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the analytical framework and performance tracking tools which support the commercial operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects relevant data , including BI tools to ensure quality of service to different stakeholders. 
  • Evaluates and identifies trends in sales.
  • Support in setting-up data strategy & governance.
  • Analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively.
  • Review past sales data to determine trends.
  • Provide a frequent high-quality reports or Dashboards (Prezi, Power Point, Power BI.) to the main stakeholders.
  • Helping develop reports and analysis.
  • Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  • Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
  • Training end users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Develop processes automation and applications to support business & operations.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

  • Analytics experience, ideally within the logistics or pharmaceutical industries.
  • High level of proficiency with Excel, SQL and PowerBI.
  • A sound technical background with a high level of skills in designing, creating dashboards, reports and high-quality presentations.
  • In-depth understanding of logistics & inventory management processes and tools.
  • A sound understanding of global business requirements to create smart insights and decision-making dashboards.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment where collaboration is the norm.
  • An excellent standard of written and spoken English, other languages will be a distinct advantage.
