Job Description

We are currently recruiting an Account Director to join our team in Central London, Houndsditch. As a key team member of Aspire Insurance Advisers, you will foster and develop excellent long term relationships with all clients under management, with the aim to grow and develop additional revenue opportunities with both new and existing clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Successful management, retention and development of key clients and associated relationships.
  • Co-ordinate and help drive new business revenues from financial institutions and new affinity markets.
  • Deliver an exemplary service to our clients, prospects and all stakeholders.
  • Identify target customers and segments for Aspire and Intl SOS Group products and services.
  • Deliver against renewal retention and sales targets on an on-going basis.
  • Identify and build product offerings that adequately meet needs of clients and internal customers.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of development opportunities for Aspire and across the Intl SOS matrix.
  • Negotiate competitive terms and conditions with underwriting markets and internal/external service providers.
  • Constantly promote and raise Aspire Insurance Advisers profile and be a first class ambassador of Intl SOS and Aspire to all stakeholders.
  • Revenue growth & product expansion.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience of the Insurance industry with particular focus on Accident & Health (including Travel) related insurances.
  • Extensive experience in a senior Account Management, Business Development or Sales role in a business to business environment in the Insurance industry.
  • Proven success and track record in account retention, development and/or sales role with profitable growth.
  • Experience of fulfilling all administrative and financial activities, including the successful management of existing accounts and implementation of new business.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
