Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high quality security advice and assistance, crisis management guidance and consultancy services to travelers, expatriates and corporate security/HR/risk managers on a routine basis and in response to emergencies, allowing them to succeed in complex or hostile business environments. 

Your tasks will be : 

Security Operations

  • Provide support to French-speaking clients for worldwide locations with the support of the security specialists based in the four Regional Security Centers (RSCs).
  • Liaise with International SOS provider network to arrange security missions for business travelers or expatriates.
  • Support the development of International SOS information services.

 Security Consulting and training

  • Deliver Personal Travel Security Awareness Training (PTSAT) sessions to clients in French to ensure they are aware of the services available to them through membership and that they are appropriately prepared to travel.
  • Assist in the delivery of other types of consultancy service to clients.
  • Update training slide deck according to destinations and in line with quality standards..

Business Development support

  • Contribute to International SOS’ account management and planning activities.
  • Support new client’s onboarding.
  • Assist business development through support to key client meetings and events as required.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has proven experience in travel or a security-related field like the military, police, government, NGO, journalism...who has client management  and/or Security planning experience. 

In terms of languages, you hve a native level in French and have excellent English skills. Any other language if a plus !

Some travel is to be expected, sometimes on urgent request.
