Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Pre-Sales Solutions Manager who will be responsible for the team of 2 people, in charge for business development and retention of Europe Digital solutions portfolio in Europe. The team is tasked with providing sales support on the growth of our digital products, Product Expertise, Solutions improvement and roadmap prioritisation, and system demos to prospective customers (B2B).

The candidate will work as part of a global team assisting the overall Europe Sales team in driving revenue by helping to qualify accounts; answering requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs); preparing and delivering solution-based product presentations and demonstrations.

The Regional Pre-Sales Solutions Manager will have shared responsibility with the sales management of the strategy, product growth and direction in the region.

Your main missions will be : 

Operational Tasks 

  • You will handle up to 50% of the operational needs for Southern Europe : answer RFIs and RFPs, prepare and deliver solution-based product presentation using our Travel Risk Mitigation strategy as the main operational task.

Team Management 

  • You will drive and develop your team members to ensure most efficient coordination and pre-sales process, by developing a strategy around retaining, upselling and developing new business in strong collaboration with the sales team.
  • You will review resource alignment, sales activity, planning and pipeline (RFPs, sales target etc.) of the team. 

Digital sales growth

  • Ensure a Digital Sales strategy is defined and applied in Europe, with the support of Head of Sales in Europe and leadership team of product managers.
  • Ensure that the Digital pre-sales team has full knowledge of the competition landscape and can materialise that.
  • Create with her/his team, sales collateral to support all digital sales activity, case studies, new product presentations and client testimonials
  • Work with Europe Heads of Account Managers to support digital account plans with clients
  • Ensure close review of Europe Digital Growth and revenue vs Budget : key statistics on leads, activities such as RFIs, RFPs, client meetings, Marketing Events etc.
  • Create ideas to identify opportunities to cross-sell digital services and present opportunities/ strategy to senior client stakeholders
  • Build an effective network across all teams and departments to develop strong and trusting relationships with sales counterparts
  • Takes decision on escalation to non-standard requirements for Europe (integration with third-Party, customisation requirements etc.)

 

Qualifications

Ideally, the Regional Pre-Sales Solutions Manager would be someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record on developing business, reviewing of a pipeline, defining and driving a sales strategy that has been successful, as well as being able to handle complex sales.

Ideally, you would also have an experience in the world of SaaS solutions and are easily able to make an impact with counterparts, build strong credibility. 

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills in English, Italian and French, with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to a B2B audience (from CEO to technical buyer), to influence and clearly articulate the product’s value to match our TRM strategy are a must.

 

Travel is to be expected mainly within Europe - up to 30% travel involved.
