Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Reporting Analyst on a permanent contract to join our team in Chiswick, West London.The Reporting Analyst is responsible for creation, scheduling and maintaining all customer reporting requests. This position supports internal stakeholders who require data extractions as well as those who have direct access to our worldwide customers.  This role is also responsible for liaising and participating in cross functional teams and projects as required to support our customer base, including but not limited to working with other technical teams, Online Services Managers, Online Help to support new enhancement releases, bug fixes and the launch of new internal self-provisioning tools.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide daily production support for travel data processes based on the technical and business knowledge of multiple applications
  • Ability to manage and enhance Information Builders WebFocus reporting platform for new and existing clients
  • Design complex Ad-hoc reports and queries according to client requests
  • Analyze and improve existing reporting functionality
  • Responsible for the full cycle of technical implementation, maintenance and modifications of the Reporting System behind all applications for the department
  • Collaborate with internal and external Clients to analyze new requests, solve reported problems, create new and modify the existing Reporting System
  • Participate in reviewing and verification of presented business requirements.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills

  • Experience in developing data intensive ad-hoc, parameterized and complex reports
  • Worked with ETL process, data loads and transformation
  • Knowledge of MS Server, SSIS, SQL desired
  • Extensive experience with setup, testing, documentation, end-user analysis and report design specifications.
  • Provide expertise in analysis, design and creation of complex reports and problem resolution.
  • Ability to use a methodology and process for requirements gathering and development
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • Task management and ability to effectively manage multiple high priority projects
  • Strong ability to work across departmental teams
