We are currently recruiting an Account Manager on a permanent contract to join our team in Farnborough, Hampshire. As part of an established and successful team, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Yachting client base, whilst assisting Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.

• Manage, retain and develop a designated portfolio of clients.
• Regular contact and face to face meeting with designated client portfolio.
• Cross selling and up selling the range of products and services available to the predefined list of existing accounts.
• Support the senior management in the development of Business Plans and account reviews.
• Proactively coordinate and liaise with other Yachting Account Managers within Europe.
• Assist in setting up/arranging and/or attending special events (seminars, tradeshows) on an as-needed basis.
• Lead the implementation of new services for existing clients, or the outright implementation of new clients.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate production of proposals, issuance of contracts and distribution of collateral for assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate data on the company's CRM system (Salesforce).

• Previous customer service/ account management experience.
• Previous yachting, aviation and/ or medical experience beneficial but not a must have.
• Salesforce system knowledge is preferred but not a must have.
• Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment where collaboration is the norm.
