Job Description
As an IT Manager you will be responsible for the management of IT across all sites in Milano, and France, with a primary focus on the Paris office which hosts a call centre (40+ seats).
Your main responsibilities include:
- Team Management: leading the IT Operations team (2 helpdesk Technicians).
- Internal Stakeholder Management
- Procurement Management
- Project Management
- Business Continuity: Management of the on-premise London data centre and disaster recovery site.
- Compliance: Work closely with the Group Information Security team to ensure compliance (Security polices, internal and external audits, info-sec questionnaires, etc.)
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- “Hands-on” attitude.Works well in a multicultural workplace.
- 5+ years’ experience on IT infrastructure, services and support (multiple servers, applications (on-premise and cloud), database. 200+ end users.
- Previous experience providing support to a call center environment highly beneficial.
- Experience in digital transformation mandatory
Required Qualifications
- French and English Speaking
- Experience in Dell hardware and Microsoft OS
- echnical qualifications such as Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, or Cisco CCNA is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ITIL service delivery framework, ITIL qualifications beneficial.
Salary Expectation: 50k - 70k€
