Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Content Marketing Executive to join our regional Marketing team based in the Chiswick, West London office. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, improving, maintaining and management of marketing content to drive the Northern European business goals.

Working closely with the other sales & marketing team members, as well as subject matter experts across the business, the Content Marketing Executive's primary focus will be developing and improving multi-channel marketing content, based on knowledge of the Northern Europe prospect accounts and buying personas.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintaining and further improving the Content Library for Northern Europe (10 countries). Continuously assessing existing content and making recommendations for new to be developed content, along the buyer journey.
  • Developing content and relevant campaigns for our different audiences and verticals, taking account their specific needs and preferred communications channels.
  • Develop tailored email campaigns and targeted communications to prospects, customers and associations.
  • Design content and slides to support presentations and speaking opportunities. Re-purposing content for different mediums including social media and video.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Regional Sales and Marketing teams to enhance cross-team communication and collaboration.
  • Supporting the Senior Marketing Managers in marketing activity execution, as well as the delivery of ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

 

  • Educated to degree level (Marketing/Communications/Business related preferred) or equivalent.
  • Proven background in developing and managing marketing content, ideally in a fast paced business-to-business environment.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Specifically, the ability to interpret stakeholder briefs from multiple sources and to create effective marketing messages, collateral, reports, and case studies.
  • Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content.
  • Advanced PC skills required including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Skills with design softwares and video creation are a plus.
  • A working knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders, and to agree realistic expectations and deadlines with clients.
  • Ability to prioritise and to demonstrate pace and flexibility in responding to a range of demands.
  • A curious mindset, always striving to learn more about the target audience.
  • A passionate team player.
  • An excellent standard of written and spoken English, other European languages will be an advantage.
