Job Description

 We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Polish-speaking nurses to join our team working with the US military service personnel.

The start date for the position is the 1st October 2019, please be aware that interviews will take place quickly in accordance to business needs.

This is a home based position, living within any of these areas:

Szczecin, Drawsko Pomorskie, Zagan, Swietoszow, Trzebien, Boleslawiec, Poznan and Skwieryyna.

You will be working with the US military as a key member of our medical team providing medical case management with our in-country providers, undertake translations, lead projects, and work closely with management personnel both for the client and internally.

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Providing in-patient clinical case management of client members, including status reports whilst patient is in care
  • Visiting or liaising with providers for medical information related to case management
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with local network providers and client members
  • Conduct site audits in order to assess scope, safety and quality of service

Qualifications

You will:-

  • Be a Polish Registered General Nurse currently working in Poland or Overseas
  • Have a current Polish Nursing registration or be prepared to apply for re registration following successful hire, if working overseas
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ nursing experience
  • Be fluent in spoken and written Polish and English
  • Have experience of Microsoft Office software
  • Have broad professional experience dealing with the public/patients/other health professionals
  • Have worked in a multidisciplinary team
  • Understand the medical culture and organisation in Poland
  • Be an effective communicator with interpersonal skills
  • Be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for developing nursing skills
  • Be able to work under pressure
